As well as running my monthly mentoring programme (which some of you may have already experienced) I also run a virtual mastermind programme.
Why? Because whilst the mentoring is a fantastic source of new tools, knowledge and resources, what it doesn't have is the support, guidance and accountability that some firms need to go and implement what they learn.
My monthly mastermind programme fills this gap.
I set up the Virtual Mastermind Programme to help give other small firm owners the support, direction and accountability that they need. To help you no longer feel lonely and to be part of a support network that is there for your success.
As well as 1:1 calls with myself each month, members get access to a monthly group coaching session and I'd love to invite you along to test drive the next one.
This is your opportunity to learn from others experiences, tap into your support network, get some accountability from myself and other members as well as some honest feedback on your ideas. In the session we'll spend an equal amount of time 'masterminding' for each firm.

Just to let you know.... my normal mastermind groups are limited in size and this experience session won't be any different. I'm limiting it to just 8 people so that I can spend enough time with each of you in the 90 minutes that we have (roughly 10-15 minutes on each firm involved). Hi there, I'm Reza and since 2008 I've run an accounting firm just like you.
In the years since, I've grown the firm three-fold and massively transformed our profits.
However, it wasn't always like that. I made many mistakes along the way but have learned much from experience, mentors and experts serving the profession.
My mission now is to help accountants like you transform the profits of your accounting firm to give you the life you wanted when you set up your accounting firm in the first place. And to do so much faster than I did by avoiding the mistakes that I made which slowed our growth.
