When I first bought my firm, back in 2008, I had BIG dreams and expectations of it.

But I just didn’t know how…
In the years that I studied accounting, and then worked at PwC, I’d learned how to become a great accountant, but knew nothing about things like systems, marketing, sales, pricing, etc.
And so, I struggled greatly.
I was constantly inundated with emails and phone calls from clients…
Felt burned-out and trapped handling and supervising all the work coming in…

Plus, I had bills to pay, employees to take care of, and a rapidly growing young family to feed.
It was all so overwhelming that I knew I had to do something fast to fix it before I lose my sanity.
And so, I set out to find a way of achieving my goals in the shortest amount of time possible.
And fortunately, I was able to do just that by working with coaches and mentors.
You see, what I discovered was that instead of spending the next 1, 3 or even 5 years trying to figure out how to do what I wanted to, I could get the knowledge, tools and resources I needed to do it in a fraction of the time from people ahead of me.
