#58: What I Would Do Differently If I Started Again

It is a lot easier now to grow your accountancy practice. In fact, it’s much easier than it has ever been! And this is largely due to the changing buyer behaviour resulting from the pandemic.

People have become very comfortable with sending things electronically, and how people find their accountants have changed.

If I were to start all over again building my accountancy firm from the scratch there are some things I’d do differently now to grow faster.
