What time are the sessions?

Sessions take place on the first Thursday of the month at 3:30pm GMT and run for 90 minutes. the Brunch 'n' learn sessions start at 1pm GMT a week after the mentoring session. 

The power positioning sessions take place on the second week of the month on a Wednesday at 3:30pm GMT. The TYP study circle events take place every week when there isn't a mentoring or Brunch n Learn session at 1pm GMT

What subjects do you cover in your training?

All my training is based around the 4 Pillar framework - a framework that I came up with after years figuring out what it took to build a profitable, successful and impactful accounting firm. These pillars are Pricing, People, Positioning and Process. My trainings are always practical, based on real life situations of running an accounting firm and accompanied with high value resources that I use in my firm either to price better, build systems, position myself as the expert or build a high performing team.

What guarantees are there?

What is the length of the programme?

How much time do I need each week to focus on this?

In the weeks where there is a call, you will need at least 90 minutes for those. Not every week has a call. When it comes to implementation, I would recommend at least 3-5 hours a week to focus on implementing this. The more time you have, the quicker you’ll move forwards.

What if I can't make a session?

If you can't make a session don't worry - you will receive a full recording together with links to access all the resources shared in the session.

If I leave the course will I still be able to use your resources?

Yes - once you've attended a session and received the resources they are yours to keep for good. So you can keep using them without worrying about copyright issues.

Will I have one-to-one calls with you?
