The Power Positioning  Course is a 7 month programme where you will get practical, hands on help, support and accountability to implement your marketing strategy to attract high value clients paying you the fees that you desire. ✅ Your marketing strategy -Without strategy there is only noise. You will have a clear strategy as to who your ideal clients are and what your positioning statement is so that prospects are drawn to working with you.

 

✅ Your website - most accountants websites are bland and the same as every other accountant. We will work through what you really need on your website for it to actually generate enquiries for you. You will receive templates and sample wordings to help together with review and feedback from your peers

 

✅ Your lead magnet - once you have your strategy clear, you need some content to attract your ideal clients. We will work on a framework for your lead magnet and you will receive template e-books that you can adapt and publish quickly to quickly build up your prospect list.

✅ Your lead generation system - once you've got your lead magnet you can now create a landing page to start to capture those prospect email addresses. We'll go through exactly how to do this and then how to drive traffic to your landing page using various tactics including social media marketing and SEO.

 

✅ Your nurture system -as you start to build up an email list, you need to have a nurture system which keeps you front of mind with your prospects. We will work on a proven email nurture system and you will receive templates so you can get your nurture system working for you.

 

✅ Your conversion system - as you start to get enquiries from the content you put out, you need a proven conversion system that gets your ideal clients to say 'yes' at the level of fees that you want. You’ll receive coaching on how to position yourself before, during and after the prospect meeting to have your ideal clients itching to say 'yes' to working with you.

 

✅  Your referral system -marketing doesn't stop after you've won the client. It continues through the experience that you provide your clients so you can turn your clients into your raving fans and advocates. Through proven examples and templates, we will work on taking your client experience to a level where your clients do your marketing for you.

How the sessions will be delivered

✔ We will meet each month for 90 mins on an interactive zoom call where i'll provide content and workbooks for us to work through so you actually get things done in the session.

✔ I will give you templates that you can use to create your own branded resources quickly and efficiently without reinventing the wheel and have to spend lots of time you don't have in creating your marketing systems.

✔ There will be a follow up session a week after the main session for you to ask any further questions, seek support and review from your peers and have accountability in what you need to get done.

✔ You will be part of a Whatsapp group where you can ask any questions / seek support from me or others in the programme during the course of the month.

✔ You will get access to all the resources including ready-to-use templates, website scripts, customisable lead magnets, email templates for nurturing campaigns that I create for my own firm to adapt and use for yourself.
