#125 You’re Not Responsible For The Work, You’re Responsible For The….

Season #1

In this episode, I share a personal update on my cancelled Bali trip due to my daughter's illness. Despite the setback, I discuss the importance of being able to drop everything and be there for family when needed, all while keeping my businesses running smoothly.

Next, I dive into the topic of leadership and the quote "You're not responsible for the work, you're responsible for the people who are responsible for the work." I share insights from my recent coaching session with a team member and how I used recordings of his sales calls to provide valuable feedback.

If you're struggling with converting prospects or managing a team, this episode is for you. I share actionable tips and techniques on how to effectively train and manage your team, and how to have productive conversations with prospects to convert them into clients.

As always, I appreciate your feedback and support, and would love to hear from you. Drop me a line on LinkedIn and let me know what you think of the episode.
