It's not something that happened overnight. On the long road to getting my practice to where I wanted it to be, I learned everything I could from my seniors, experts in the field, and various mentors I was lucky to have. Right now, I have over 100 clients, we have seven full-time fee earners and what I've come up with is and what I teach accountants.

There is a four-pillar framework that is the foundation to a successful profitable and impactful accounting firm. And that's based around the four Ps: Pricing, Process, People, and Positioning.

And if you can get those four pillars right, which is the journey I worked on, then you can have a full hub which you can run on 10 to 15 hours a week as I do. When you've got your pricing right and have a system for pricing which your people can follow. So that's one aspect.

I have a team in place that all autonomous and are motivated, I can handle client relationships. Back in the day, you had partners of accounting firms, they're very protective of client relationships. They would be the ones who would have to sign up for the email or a letter. They would be the ones who would be on the phone device for I have kind of delegated a lot to my team. So my team handles the day-to-day client relationships. I support them as and when required.
