Are you struggling with productivity and finding it hard to complete your important projects? Do you constantly say "yes" to everything, even if it means sacrificing your own goals and priorities? Then it's time to embrace the best productivity hack of all time: saying "NO".

As humans, we have an innate desire to please others and avoid conflict. This often leads us to say "yes" to everything that comes our way, whether it's a new project at work or a social event with friends. However, every time we say "yes" to something, we are also saying "no" to something else - and usually that something else is our own important goals and priorities.

Over the last year, I have been busy writing my new book. It has been a challenging and time-consuming project, but one that is incredibly important to me. In order to complete this project, I had to say "no" to many other opportunities and ideas, including launching a new course for my members and developing a practice management solution in Notion.

While it's tempting to focus on urgent or interesting tasks, it's important to remember that the things that truly move the needle are the important, non-urgent activities. As the Eisenhower model teaches us, we need to prioritize our important tasks and focus on them in order to achieve our goals.

If you find yourself struggling to make progress on your important projects, take a look at what you are currently saying "yes" to. Chances are, those commitments are eating up your time and preventing you from focusing on what really matters.

So, if you want to boost your productivity and achieve your goals, start saying "no" more often. It might be uncomfortable at first, but it will ultimately help you to prioritize your important tasks and achieve your long-term goals.
