I’m toying with the idea...

Having read about it in Simon Sinek’s book Leaders eat Last

The last few months have been tough for many that have lost their jobs 

But it seems we are very quick to get rid of people when we need to balance the books 

Are we putting profit before people and purpose? 

Is our business model broken? 

Is there a better, fairer way of addressing financial challenges rather than destroying livelihoods?
