If we don't keep track of time, what should we measure instead?
So many to choose from
Whatever you measure, link it to the OUTCOME you are trying to achieve..
As a wise man once said 'anything that is watched and measured, IMPROVES'
For most businesses, being client focused is what's most important
So measure what's most important for your CLIENTS
For us accountants that's things like:
💞 how happy our clients are
⏩ turn-around times
🚀 how proactive you are
You can do this through:
🔢 the number of Google reviews you receive (measure of client happiness)
🤲 number of proactive touchpoints you're team have
⏲️ average turn-around time for completing accounts
👩🏼🤝👩🏼 And of course you want a happy team too to deliver awesome experience so measure that.
We use an app called 15five to do this where our team check in weekly with their 'pulse' score
